deviants and variances

last night, while sitting through a long city council meeting [6 hours long] in misery [no dinner] awaiting my turn [last] to ask for a few code variances [fifteen] i witnessed a council member from a certain district [one] tell an applicant,

"i actually am fifty-fifty, sometimes i like it in the front and sometimes i like a rear entry."
i'll let you guess what he was talking about. it doesn't really matter, i laughed anyway, and it made getting home at an ungodly hour [one a m] more worthwhile knowing he said it and that it was broadcast onto the public-access station [cgtv]. in case you care, my variances were approved [unanimously], by a motion introduced by the above mentioned deviant.

as if the outcome could have been anything less.

He must be talking about his main entryway.

Good to know you have an open city council

I know nothing about rear entries.

Oh, they all say they are 50/50.
How many times have we heard that tired old line.
Translation- He's a big ol bottom!
