i am either trying hard to fit into this urban dwelling stuff, and make an impact on the fact that texans are dependent on fuel [they are!], or else it is sheer laziness, but this evening i decided i didn't want to move my car from it's cozy spot in the parking garage [it was barely above freezing here today!] and took the mckinney ave trolley to the gym. 'ding ding.' i felt very san francisco, like the original san francisco treat! in dallas no less. of course i can say i was the only queen riding it to the gym and back home again. in fact i was the only person riding it, apart from the driver. i am convinced they would increase ridership if they'd drive faster, put in air conditioning and heating, and a decent suspension on that damn thing!
