last night i had three dreams of an airplane crashing, or one long dream with three crashes. each time we were approaching an airport and the hapless plane was taking off when something went wrong, and try as it did, it couldn't gain altitude and each one began falling back toward the ground.
when the plane i was travelling in was landing, it was a crash landing, and we skidded off the runway. when the fire brigade arrived, they hit our plane, forcing everyone to exit the back, or in my case, i had to jump out of the passenger door that was by the co-pilot's seat.
when i exited the plane, jumping into a spot of thick mud, i noticed that the nose-cone of our plane was pinched in and damaged. i wonder what it all means?
one of the planes was yellow and red, the plane i was travelling in was blue and white, and then i specifically remember that one of the planes was a sort of cargo "pick-up" plane in that the foreward part of the fuselage looked like a normal airliner, but the back half was open like a giant pick-up truck bed. hmmm, perhaps it's a sign that going to a country and western bar for boys' night out is doing more damage than i thought...

Dreaming of plane crashes usually symbolizes powerlessness, and, by extension, unhappiness with your career or with goals set too high for you to meet. My partner frequently has these dreams, and in his case the symbolism makes sense. On the other hand, were you watching "Sweet Dreams" before bed perhaps?
The good news is that you survive the crashes! That means you are an optimist who likes adventure.
I know nothing about dreams, but it's what came to mind!
