let's review

today is my awards show performance review at work so naturally, like any performer being judged, i can't decide which outfit to wear. i may also receive a lifetime achievement award year-end bonus so i better look extra-fabulous.

of course, i've already been told not to mention anything about transferring to chicago to my v.p. in my review, so instead i will focus on everything i've accopmlished in the past year: contributing to our third record year in a row, helping to improve an already-very rocky client relationship, improving our project delivery methods, managing six active projects, staffing and hiring for my department, and helping to orchestrate the 'addams family versus brady bunch family feud' at the office halloween contest. i also have a list of demands: more pay, more glamourous travel [no offence to houston, austin, or columbus, ohio], no more cheap-ass clients, and more recess. for the record, if i get anything less than a six-percent raise i am quitting on the spot. drama always wins awards pays.

but now, back to the closet to find an outfit...
