at seven thirty this morning i decided to take the day off and make this a three day weekend. the next two weekends will each be three days as well. call it spring fever, call it not wanting to work. hell, call it irresponsible if you have to. but i did it and you didn't. so fuck right off.
it was a fun weekend, which kicked off friday with his housewarming party. a newly renovated townhouse chock full o' fun people and lots of hottie bear-types. one word: woof[!]
saturday i ran lots of errands then went to fort worth to spend the evening and night with a lesbian couple who are very dear friends. we played board games all evening and grilled out. just so you know, there's nothing a lesbeterian dislikes more than losing board games to a fag. it got bitter in certain moments and i feared i might not get dinner.
yesterday i went out and bought lots of new bakeware. i told you i wasa pastry chef in another life! then in the evening i went out for a couple of drinks and came back home after having had more than a couple. drinks that is.
today, i've been catching up on house chores and little projects. i decided to make his brownie recipe. he says they make you want to fuck, and since i am due for a good round of caveman sex, some men in this town might very well be in d-a-n-g-e-r ! the batter alone was like chocolate sex. the oven timer just went off. anyone want to come over for brownies? bring the chocolate milk!
