we met up with a few of the guys from our biking trip this evening in the sixth arrondissement: saint germain. it's a really hip part of paris and i wish we would have discoverd it before, meaning yesterday, since we've only been in paris not even forty-eight hours.
dinner was good, the waiter was really hot! portuguese, or so he said. i would have willingly blown him. afterward E and i came back to our hotel and crashed. another three hour dinner, as most have been. we agreed to meet everyone in the morning at the eiffel tower to go to the top and take a peek around. i am excited about that. the rest of the day was spent looking around nôtre dame de paris and the île de la cité as well as a few hours in the marais. tomorrow in addition to the eiffel tower we plan to go to the louvre, when mona lives, and anything else we can find that seems interesting.
i think E and i being together non-stop is taking it's toll. we are both sort of crabby. perhaps tomorrow we separate from each other and explore paris on our own.
