in two weeks we in the states all go to the polls to cast our ballots. election days always make me giddy like a school girl. i love voting. whether it's local or national elections, i always get excited about it.
i'll be making party-line cookies to take to work: blue donkeys and red elephants. of course the elephants will have their tusks cut off and black x's instead of eyes.
hopefully we will all wake up the day after and have something to look forward to with a democrat-controlled congress.

Great, now I have that song stuck in my head. Sha na na na na na na na na. Shanananana. At least my voice isn't cracking.
